Our Beliefs
Come Vybe With Us!

At Vybe Church, we believe the Bible—Genesis to Revelation—is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21). It is the final authority in all matters of faith and life.

God the Father

We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen (Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 45:5–6; Revelation 4:11).

Jesus Christ, the Son of God

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son—fully God and fully man (John 1:1, 14; Colossians 2:9). He was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23), lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), died on the cross for our sins (Romans 5:8), rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3–4), and ascended to heaven (Acts 1:9–11), where He sits at the right hand of the Father (Hebrews 1:3). He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6).

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin (John 16:8), regenerates believers (Titus 3:5), and dwells in every born-again believer (Romans 8:9). He empowers, guides, teaches, and gives spiritual gifts for the building of the Church (John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Acts 1:8).

The Trinity

We believe in the triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three distinct persons yet one God (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, not by works (Ephesians 2:8–9). It is made possible only through the finished work of Jesus Christ and His shed blood on the cross (Titus 3:5; Hebrews 9:22).

Repentance

We believe repentance—a turning away from sin and turning to God—is essential to salvation and the Christian life (Acts 3:19; 1 John 1:9).

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. It exists to glorify God, proclaim the gospel, and make disciples (Ephesians 1:22–23; Matthew 28:19–20). We are committed to gathering in unity, serving one another, and walking in love.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe the gifts of the Spirit are still active and available for the building up of the Church today (1 Corinthians 12:7–11; Romans 12:6–8).

The Second Coming

We believe in the literal return of Jesus Christ to earth, where He will judge the living and the dead and establish His eternal kingdom (Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17).

Heaven and Hell

We believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell. Those who have placed their faith in Jesus will spend eternity in the presence of God, and those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God (John 3:16–18; Revelation 20:11–15; Matthew 25:46)
